The company is run by Chief Operating Officer, Sylvia E.Thompson, who has worked for both Fortune 500 and 1000 companies as a meeting planner. She wanted to do more as a direct sales consultant with Warm Spirit such as event planning which further evolved into meeting planning. The company's motto is "Personal Attention Personable Attitude." Ms. Thompson holds a Bachelor's of Science degree and a certification in Meeting and Special Event Planning. She is ServSafe Certified in Food Safety and Safe Food Handling by the National Restaurant Association. She is also a member of Meeting Professionals International, Toastmasters International, a recent member of the Diverse Philly Business Network, and the Freelancers Union.
